The Club recognizes that our members have individual tastes and needs that require our personal attention. To this end, we offer several different options from which to choose. However, if you desire, we will be happy to custom tailor a menu specifically for your event. Jonesboro Country Club General Guidelines
Jonesboro Country Club has established the following guidelines for private functions held at Club. These guidelines will not only ensure that your private function is more enjoyable, but will make the experience of other members and their guests enjoyable as well.
From corporate dinners to wedding receptions, Jonesboro Country Club looks forward to hosting all your special events. We have many rooms to suit all types of events and all types of tastes.
The Porch, as it is affectionately called, is located off the Lounge. Equipped with wonderful views of the newly dedicated bridge and water feature, a fireplace and television it is the perfect location for groups up to 20.
The Honors Room
The Honors Room is the perfect private room for corporate as well as family events. This elegant room is located far north in the clubhouse away from all other dining rooms. The Honors Room accommodates up to 30 guests.
The Dining Room
With its views of the Golf Course, the Dining Room accommodates up to 100 guests for cocktail receptions, or 80 guests elegantly seated. The Dining Room is perfect for wedding receptions, large dinners, and elaborate cocktail parties.
Do I have to be a Member of Jonesboro Country Club to rent the ballroom?
Jonesboro Country Club is a private club; however, we welcome non-members to rent our event spaces and host their events at our club.
Can I use my own caterer?
Jonesboro Country Club offers the finest of foods prepared by our professional culinary staff to provide you an excellent meal or reception. We do, however, allow you to bring in your own specialty cake for your event.
Is there a room charge?
Yes, the room charges vary based on the amount of space needed and the time of day of your event.
What is included in the room rental?
Our spaces are rented for four hours, with the opportunity to add additional hours at an additional fee. Included with your rental are all tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, basic linens, and dance floor.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, for all weddings and large functions, a non-refundable deposit must accompany all contracts to secure your date. For other events, the deposit varies depending on the size of the group.
Do you require a contract to secure the room?
Yes, we require a signed contract with a deposit in order to confirm a booking.
Can we take pictures at the Club?
We do allow pictures in certain areas of the Club.
Can we have both our ceremony and reception at the Club?
Yes. We have space to offer that will accommodate both the ceremony and reception.
